Perch House

This project is personal. It is on Lincoln Avenue, my childhood street. I have fond memories explore the yards of many of the neighboring homes. The street is lined mainly with single-family homes, and the architecture ranges from Victoria to Craftsman and original farmhouses. What's unique about the north-facing homes are the deep lots. They're unassuming and vast. Growing up with family lining Lincoln and the neighboring streets, I knew this was a spot I wanted to put down roots. However, it has been largely untouched for the last 40 years and needed a fresh take to make more usable space and bring in more light. Perch is a current project; check back for more updates.
