My name is Justin Schaefer. I grew up in Delaware, Ohio, and my family has deep roots in the area. I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world and realized that central Ohio is truly home for me and I’m fortunate to be surrounded by family and friends.

I am endlessly creative, and I have always had a passion for architecture and housing for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an 1800s farmhouse, I realized the importance of good bones and quality craftsmanship. I’m a licensed real estate agent and have the privilege to make a mark on a community in which I deeply care.

When I’m not selling or working on homes, you can find me volunteering at the Arts Festival, coaching little league soccer, stopping for lemonade stands, and striking up a conversation with a stranger.
